174 Acers in Ware County, Georgia . This property is  a Rayonier Timber Property. MME is the Lease holder and all questions, inquires, and payments are made through MME. It is entirely full of mature standing pines with a few low hardwood areas. There in a pond and a few low spots.  Hunting Camping, and Recreation are allowed . The surrounding area is mostly timber and farmland with a few rural residential properties and a church near by.  It is a yearly lease starting on June 1st and going through May 31st of the following year. You will have first right of refusal the following year if you wish to continue leasing.  

Most types of legal hunting are allowed. Tree stands are allowed. Feeders are allowed (must follow GA DNR regs) 

Must follow Rayonier rules and regulations.  Anyone entering property must sign a yearly Rayonier waiver. In addition to Rayonier waiver a MME waiver must be signed by lease holder. 

Camping IS allowed. This property would be most suited for a very small camper, tent, or truck camper. There is one narrow access road that runs the length of the property.  There is no water or power supplied at this site so you will have to supply that yourself.  Rayonier asks that you mark your campsite on a map and send the location in so they have a record of it. This property has a very few locations for camp sites. When camping fires must be contained within a fire ring.  

You make the rules. This is a single lease holder property. Meaning a single person holds the lease from MME and makes the club rules (as long as they are within Rayonier rules and legal hunting regulations) . The lease holder may have as many guest or club members as they wish but everyone entering the property must sign a Rayonier Waiver.  Note: MME reserves the right to enter the property at anytime to check the property for Rayonier in the event that it is necessary to do so. 

Payment is made through an emailed invoice. Once The waivers from Rayonier and MME are signed the invoice will be sent through a Quickbooks email with a payment link. Payment is Non-Refundable for any reason. 

Note: Once the waivers are sent the property will go to a pending status locking it for a short period of time. 

This is timber property meaning Rayonier will from time to time enter the property to complete work and it can be at anytime. They try very hard not to interfere with hunters or their property. They normally send emails to let the hunters know but not always. They do not move personal property unless it is keeping them from accessing the property or it is not allowed on the property, which is their right. There is a certain way the locks must be secured or they will be cut. It is important to follow the rules they have set, They are geared  to make the property the most enjoyable and useful for hunters while allowing them to access the property.
